It is only through the generosity of donors such as yourself that Special Olympics BC is able to offer sports training and competitive opportunities to over 3,500 individuals with intellectual disabilities in 55 communities across our province.
Involvement in Special Olympics BC offers year-round opportunities for athletes of all ages and levels to improve their helath and well being, to increase their confidence and self-esteem, to set and achieve goals, and to build a network of lifelong friends. Through sports programs led by over 2,400 dedicated volunteers, Special Olympics BC provides individuals with intellectual disabilities opportunities to win at life!

On behalf of the Vancouver Fire Fighters' Charitable Society and the members of Local 18, I would like to thank you for your generous donation for the ALS Shhot for a Cure event, in memory of Vancouver Fire Fighters Ranny MacDonald and Jim MacLeod.
We had another very successful event this year! With the help of various donations like yours, we were able to raise $9222.50. The Vancouver Fire Fighters' Charitable Society is contributing $7500.00 bringing the total to $16722.50 for the ALS Society!

My wife and I had a major electrical problem happen to our Monaco coach. We were desperate to find a solution to our problem and someone suggested that we ought to try Meridian RV. What a blessing to us!
We had driven almost 4,000 miles from our Mississippi home and still had 2,500 miles to do on our month tour of Canada and Western US.
As soon as saw the impressive building that you have and saw your inventory, I was thinking if anyone can help us, they should be the one.
From the moment I entered your Sales area, I was treated very well, offered coffee, newspapers, conversation and an attitude of "Yes we will help you".
You corrected our problem very well and your Service Technician was very thorough in explaining what work had been done and also his prior training by Monaco.
The entire stay at Meridian RV was a most pleasant time. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home and assure us that we were in good hands.
I am most thankful for your service to us and I must tell you all that you have an outstanding organization from top to bottom. You all should be be very proud of your company.
