While efforts are made to repair or address issues with these features between rentals, there may be instances where it's not possible to complete repairs before the next rental. In such cases, Meridian RV does not offer refunds or on-the-road repairs for malfunctioning or damaged back-up cameras, generators, televisions, and power awnings. Customers should be aware that staff may not be informed of problems until drop-off, and there may not be sufficient time to notify the next customer before their pick-up, and staff are not obligated to do so.
